The Phelps/Harlan Conference Committee is a group of leaders in our community who are committed to providing 12 hours of Continuing Education to Local CASA Advocates per fiscal year (July 1 to June 30th). That includes a local CASA Conference in order to support for abused children and the impact that CASA volunteers make in these children’s lives.
