Early Giving for Give2Grow

Early giving opened October 13, 2025, and runs through November 13, 2025 — giving you a full month to support Phelps/Harlan County CASA and help make a difference for local children in need.

Give by Mail or In Person:

Checks must be dated November 13, 2025, and made payable to Phelps County Community Foundation (PCCF), with “Phelps/Harlan County CASA” noted in the memo line or on a donation form.

Mailed donations must be postmarked by November 13, 2025, or you can drop them off at the PCCF office (424 Garfield St) during regular business hours.
